# Official Report
The Farming Labs team has completed the snapshot of XRP and FRL holdings to determine the eligibility and ratio for the upcoming $FRL Airdrop. We are excited to announce the final figures for the total number of XRP tokens and FRL tokens held by eligible participants at the time of the snapshot.
We’re committed to transparency and ensuring that our community is informed about how the tokens were distributed. As such, we’re pleased to share the following details:
* **XRP holders:** The total number of XRP tokens held by eligible participants at the time of the snapshot was ***129,067,626.912251 XRP***\

* Ratio calculation: (Total FRL token airdrop amount for XRP holders) ÷ (Total sum of XRP token holdings across all eligible addresses at snapshot time) = FRL token airdrop ratio per XRP token held.

* Ratio calculation: (Total FRL token airdrop amount for FRL holders) ÷ (Total sum of FRL token holdings across all eligible addresses at snapshot time) = FRL token airdrop ratio per FRL Token held.

It is important to note that the distribution of FRL tokens will occur on different dates for XRP and FRL holders. XRP holders will receive their airdrop on May 1st, 2023, while FRL holders will receive their airdrop on June 1st, 2023. The airdrop will be distributed directly to the wallets that held XRP or FRL tokens at the time of the snapshot.\
